Reason 1. The smallest selection of available properties are offered for sale by owner. Approximately 15% of properties are for sale by the owner as opposed to 85% that are listed through a professioal agent. If a buyer were seriously shopping for a home, wouldn't it be true that the only reason you would pass up 85% of the market place would be to save a commission? You see, we found that seller generally pay a commission one way or another either to a realtor or directly to the buyer. The difference is, the realtor does all the work!
Reason 2. The Law of Supply and Demand. The more buyers we have access to, the more valuable your property is and the quicker it will sell! How many prospects do you currently have?
Reason 3. The difficulty of separating the Lookers from the Buyers. The buyer is someone who is ready, willing and able to purchase a home. The National Association of Realtor provided a study which shows only 4% of lookers are eventually ready, willing and able to buy. Would you agree that the only way to be able to move your property is if you find someone ready willing and able? The only people we bring through your home are those qualified to buy.
Reason 4. The longer it takes to sell, the more money the For Sale by Owner loses. Sellers have been employing Realtors for over 200 years. Ask yourself why. Would you agree that in our society, nothing lasts that long unless it has value?
Reason 5. Marketing Services (Exposure = More prospects = Increased value) Marketing services include Multi Listing Service, National Relocation Program, Sign Identity, Display Advertising, “Pocketed Buyers“, Professional Training, Home Protection, Access to Morgage Loans, National and Local Image. Would you agree that because we have these services, we can attract more buyers and therefore able to sell your home for more money than you can?
Reason 6. Third Party Negotiating saves Money. A realtor is a trained negotiator who does not get emotionally involved in the property. Knowledgeable about market values and understands the needs of all parties. Therefore the buyer ends up with want he wants, and you the seller ends up with what he wants which is our goal! A satisfied customer with whom we have built a fruitful relationship.
